Weeks 1–5

01 · Assessment & Installation

Data assessment, fleet audit & hardware / telecommunications specification (Wks 1–3). FleetAct data server build (Wks 2–4). Data pipeline setup, OEM system integration & baseline KPI capture (Wk 5).

Weeks 6–18

02 · Build, Trial / Activation & Full Rollout

Build of both products, trial activation, and full fleet rollout across sites. UAT and readiness validation before corporate-wide go-live.

Weeks 18–26

03 · Optimisation & Support

Model refinement, performance reviews & SLA monitoring (Wks 18–20). Continuous optimisation, executive reporting cadence & ongoing support (Wks 21–26).

The Week-3 data assessment is the deal maker. Before the heavy build, we assess your data, your fleet, and your integration reality — so the scope, the timeline, and the price you sign up for are grounded in fact, not assumption.
Indicative pricing

One-off build. No subscription.

Pricing is structured as a one-off build and deployment, with running costs of the data server reimbursed at cost. The figures below are indicative and non-binding — pricing, scope, terms and conditions will be detailed in the contract.

Ongoing running costs

After deployment and build, the maintenance and running costs of the data server are reimbursed to the client at cost — approximately AU$3,000 per month. There is no ongoing subscription fee to FleetAct for use of the platform.

IP & terms

FleetAct retains the IP of the product — including algorithms and code. The client is permitted to use it indefinitely; however, it is not transferable or for resale by the client.

The payment plan is phased, paid upfront at the beginning of each phase. Full terms are detailed in the contract; this presentation is for communication only and is non-binding.

Roadmap — not included at this stage. The following are future add-ons beyond the current scope: component tracking details; planning & scheduling capability; historical AI data & strategy optimisation; and AI / machine-learning failure prevention.
